Emilio Gamboa cultivated this coffee in the San Pablo de Leon Cortes region of the Tarrazu Valley on four of his beautiful farms: La Trinidad, Carrizal, El Rosario and Teresita. Emilio recently incorporated a regimented nutrition and fertilization program to prevent roya. He continues to set a high standard to pick only the ripest cherry which are depulped, mechanically demucilaged and soaked overnight before drying on raised beds in full sun.
