Valle de Los Santos, or Valley of the Saints, is the historic moniker for Costa Rica's most famous producing region, Tarrazu. This lot represents our first collaborative offering from multiple farmers in Costa Rica. We carefully crafted this blend of coffees from Beneficio Don Mayo, Beneficio Los Angeles and Verde Alto to create a coffee whose sum is greater than its parts. Each producer mechanically processes their coffee on Penagos equipment and sun dries on either raised beds or patios.
