Arturo Aguirre and son Arturo Jr. cultivate their Bourbon in Guatemala's famed Huehuetenango region near the Mexican border. Their eye for detail extends throughout their process including cherry flotation, extended fermentation, soaking, drying, and proper storage. Each year, the Aguirres approach their crop with a consistent commitment to quality; the results are evident in each cup of our most popular coffee.
