Marysabel Caballero and husband Moises Herrera represent the fourth generation of family coffee cultivating tradition. Marysabel's great grandfather Felipe Garcia exported his first coffee beans in 1915. Their washing station sits high in the mountains above Marcala de Honduras in Chinacla. Our El Puente lots are mechanically demucilaged, fermented, washed and soaked overnight before hitting the drying patios, drum dryers and newly installed African drying beds.
