This is the tenth year Marysabel Caballero and Moises Herrera have worked with Stumptown. This year they improved their raised bed drying infrastructure and replaced old mechanical dryers with new ones. They also purchased more land to cultivate even more great coffee. They recently began experimenting with soaking the beans for 24 hours after the dry fermentation and utilizing water from a nearby spring for the initial wash.
