Ricardo Koyner produces Duncan Estate, situated on the southern facing slopes of the Baru volcano in the Boquete region of northern Panama, with an eye for tremendous quality. The ideal combination of warm days and cool nights encourages maximum sugar development within the coffee fruit at Duncan Estate. Ricardo mechanically demucilages his cherries, ferments to fully clean the beans, then washes and dries them on raised beds.
