Our Green Department travelled far and wide to source this beautiful new coffee from the small town of Chirinos in the Department of Cajamarca. Eber Tocto produced this lot with his father, Rosalios, on their 15 hectare farm. Rosalios purchased the land 20 years ago to produce coffee. Now they focus on plant nutrition, quality selection and replanting. This winter, for the first time, Eber and the few households near his farm will have electricity. We’re honored to exclusively purchase this coffee.
