Decaf Colombia El Jordan
Our El Jordan lot is constructed with coffee from the hundreds of members of the APCEJOR and ACEDGA producer associations in the Gaitania de Planadas portion of Tolima. They depulp their coffee into fermentation tanks using hand cranked depulping machines, then wash it in the tanks and dry it on parabolic drying beds. We decaffeinated our El Jordan in Veracruz, Mexico using the Mountain Water process: absolutely no chemicals were used during the process.
